I just changed the header of my blog from plain text to something I like a good deal more. Tell me what you think!
I think this might have been the shortest post I ever made. But that might be because I have another one on the way.

ooh, ooh, ooh, how did you do that? it looks cool.
I like, I like!
It's very you and it goes along great with the theme.
nice header!
what happened to the shorty's blog?
I clicked a link to comment back on her post, but it's gone!
Did she remove it on purpose? or was it removed?
Anyways, lol thanx for mentioning my name was taken, although I wouldn't mind if she chose something similar.
O, and is Shrimp considered an animal?
Thanks, everyone! :]
Moshe -- I realized it was uneven but I don't think I'm going to redo it just yet. Maybe in the summer if I am bored.
And my long posts are a way of weeding out the weak readers from the rest. Haha.
SubWife -- Thanks! I did it using photoshop. I opened a blank image, copied and pasted some text from one of my stories, played around with the font and size, and then I blurred it. Afterward, I put the title on it. I ADORE that font.
theshorty -- Well, look at that, you commented. :] Yes, it is very me. I was actually considering putting some ink stains on it, but I think I'll leave that for the summer if I decide to play around with it a bit more.
Babysitter -- Thanks! Theshorty removed her blog.
Shrimp is either an animal, or my affectionate way of referring to people who are either short or young. :]
Then maybe center it.
Why did she remove it?!
Your welcome!
That was a short time to have a blog, wonder why she took it down.
Very eloquent new header in my opinion. ..though I can't even remember what the previous one was..
Moshe: "Not even gonna read the previous one, it toooooo looooong!"
ISH: "my long posts are a way of weeding out the weak readers from the rest."
...I used to think there was some correlation between age and wisdom, but the older I get thhe more I question that..
Previously, my blog title was just written in plain text on top.
"...I used to think there was some correlation between age and wisdom, but the older I get thhe more I question that.." -- Or maybe you just find more exceptions as you get older.

- I am a student at Stern College (Yeshiva University) and a young writer with an interest in observing the world and recording in writing what I see, feel, and think. I appreciate expression and most forms of art, which are themselves forms of expression infused with beauty. It is my belief that beauty can be found in the most unexpected places and people if one only looks for it. It can also be found in fear, in anger, in despair -- and it is the job of the writer, the poet, the artist, the photographer, the filmmaker, the actor, the musician, and the performer to convey that to the audience... And I want to be that writer. I also want to be the girl who lives life loving every moment of it and being thankful to G-d for all the wonderful things in this world even when it seems difficult. I love to learn, to understand new ideas, to see the breathtaking way in which things fall into place. I want to get the most out of every moment of this thrilling rollercoaster we call life.

Words of Wisdom
~ Eric A. Burns
"Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who
dream only by night."
~ Edgar Allan Poe
"The dreamer whose dreams are non-utilitarian has no place in this world. In this world the poet is anathema, the thinker a fool, the artist an escapist, the man of vision a criminal."
~ Henry Miller
"Beauty of whatever kind, in its supreme development, invariably excites the sensitive soul to tears."
~ Edgar Allan Poe
"There is no mistaking a real book when one meets it. It is like falling in love."
~ Christopher Morley
"Creativity is a drug I cannot live without."
~ Cecil B. DeMille
"After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music."
~ Aldous Huxley
"There is only one admirable form of the imagination: the imagination that is so
intense that it creates a new reality, that it makes things happen."
~ Sean O'Faolain
